Why teach here

Made for people who make things

Ruedee already sells the work of Thai makers. A course is the same thing in another form — passing on how it is done.

01

You teach, we produce

We come to your workshop, film the lessons, edit them and put them online. You do not need a camera or an editor.

02

Nothing to lose upfront

Publishing costs nothing. We only earn when a student enrols, which means we only win if your course does.

03

Record once, earn on

A recorded course keeps enrolling students while you are back at the bench doing the work you actually love.

04

An audience already here

The people buying handmade goods on Ruedee are the same people who want to learn how they are made.

05

Sell the kit alongside

If your course needs materials, you can sell a starter kit on Ruedee next to it — one checkout for the student.

06

Your craft stays yours

You keep the rights to what you teach. Nothing here stops you running your own workshops or teaching elsewhere.

What we handle

You bring the craft. We bring the crew.

Filmed where you work

We film at your workshop, in your light, with your hands doing the work. No studio, no script to memorise — we edit it into lessons afterwards.

  • A filming day arranged around your schedule
  • Editing, captions and thumbnails included
  • Thai and English captions where it helps
Filming day

One day at your workshop. We bring the camera, lights and sound.

Two weeks later

Edited lessons, captions and a course page ready for you to check.

Shaping the course with youFree

Most people know their craft but not how to break it into lessons. That part is our job — we work out the running order, the length and the price with you.

  • Working out what a beginner actually needs first
  • Deciding the length and the price together
  • A named contact from first call to launch
I have taught this in person for years, but never on video.
That is fine — teach it exactly the way you always do. We cut it into lessons afterwards.
How long should it be?
Start around two hours. Short enough to finish, long enough to be worth it.

Put in front of the right people

Your course is promoted to Ruedee customers who already buy in that category, and written about the same way we write about our makers.

  • Featured to buyers of related products
  • A written feature in the Ruedee journal
  • Included in newsletters and seasonal posts

FAQ

Questions instructors ask

No. We bring the camera, lights and sound to your workshop and film you doing what you already do. Most of our instructors had never been on camera before — you teach, we handle the rest.

Nothing upfront. Filming, editing and hosting are on us. We take a share of each enrolment — agreed with you before anything is filmed and written into your instructor agreement.

You keep the rights to your own craft and teaching. We hold a licence to host and sell the recording we produced. You can keep running your own workshops and teach the same subject anywhere else.

We reply within 3 business days. After that it is usually a planning call, one filming day, and about two weeks of editing before your course page goes live.

Yes, but lightly. Students can post questions under each lesson and we ask you to reply within a few days. It is usually a handful a week, and the answers help the next student too.

Yes — and we encourage it. If your course needs materials you can list a starter kit on Ruedee alongside it, so a student buys the course and the kit in one go.

Someone out there wants to learn what you do.
