Questions sellers ask
Nothing to list. No joining fee, no monthly or annual charge, and no cost for photography or writing your listings. You pay a commission only when a product sells. In a month with no sales there is nothing to pay.
It depends on your product category and price points, so we agree it with you before anything goes live — and it is written into your seller agreement. Send the form and we will quote you a rate in the first reply.
You do. We collect the payment and pass you the order with the delivery details; you pack and ship it within the handling time you set. Shipping costs are agreed with you when your shop is set up.
Buyers pay Ruedee at checkout. We total your completed orders monthly, send you a statement to check, and transfer the balance to your registered bank account. Exact dates are confirmed in your seller agreement.
Of course. Ruedee is an additional channel, not an exclusive one. Keep your markets, your own page and any other platform — just keep the stock levels you list with us accurate.
No. Ruedee lists things made or produced by the seller — by hand, in small batches, or by a workshop you are part of. If you are not sure whether your work fits, write to us and describe it; we would rather look than guess.
