Questions partners ask
Nothing to join. There is no joining fee, no monthly or annual charge, and no cost to build your listing or photograph it. You pay a commission only when a customer books and uses your service. In a month with no bookings there is nothing to pay.
It depends on your service type and package structure, so we agree it with you before anything goes live — and it is written into your partner agreement. Send the form and we will quote you a rate in the first reply.
Guests pay Ruedee when they book. We total your completed bookings monthly, send you a statement to check, and transfer the balance to your registered bank account. Exact statement and transfer dates are confirmed in your partner agreement.
Yes — a slot you have marked available is a slot a guest has already paid for, so it needs to be honoured. You stay in full control of which slots you open, and you can close or change your availability whenever you need to.
Of course. Ruedee is an additional channel, not an exclusive one. Keep your walk-ins, your phone bookings and your own page exactly as they are — just keep the availability you list with us accurate.
To open a listing we will ask for:
- Your service list with durations and prices
- Your opening hours and bookable slots
- Business registration and any licence your service requires
- A bank account in the business name for transfers
- Photos — or a slot in your diary for us to come and take them
We reply to every application within 3 business days. How quickly you go live after that depends mostly on photos and your service menu — most shops are live within two weeks of that first conversation.
