If an any item shown as "out of stock", we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If there is no item in stock available, The item will be removed from our website automatically with the last purchased by the customer.

Will I receive the same product as I see from the photo?

Yes, except furniture from unartificial wood and handicrafted products.

What is the "Preparing for Shipping" status means? Is that order on the way of shipping to me?

That means we are colleting your items from order, then we will going to ship in the next day (in weekdays only. the post office is out of service on weekend and holidays.
